On February 25th the BOA met and considered the requested variances. They approved all requested variances. A notice of decision can be found in the 'files' tab.

Staff review of the amended application has been completed. Staff are recommending approval of all variances requested with specific conditions. The full review can be read in the staff report dated 2-16-16 under the 'Files' tab. The BOA meeting is set for February 25th.

On February 12, 2016, the application was amended to include the applicant's justification for the request for variances for the new parcels depicted in the new site plan submitted February 10, 2016. The amendment can be found in the 'Files' tab.

On February 10, 2016, A new site plan was submitted from the applicants. It has been modified to include neighboring parcels. Those parcels will also be included in the request for variances. The new site plan can be found in the 'Files' tab.

The BOA reviewed the variance request on January 14, 2016. They tabled the item to allow the applicants time to explore other property configurations that might better serve the spirit of the ordinance.

The Callahan variance request has been reviewed by staff. Staff are forwarding a negative recommendation for the variances due to a past unlawful subdivision of the land that has led to the need for the request. Staff suggest returning the property to its last approved configuration in order for past nonconforming rights to prevail. Other options for property reconfiguration are possible at the applicants' discretion. See staff report in the 'files' tab for the complete review.
