This office has completed its 3rd review of this Amended plat. With the exception of a minor correction, all corrections and concerns of this office have been addressed. This office releases for the printing of the Mylar's pending any other concerns that may need to be addressed by the other departments.

I spoke to Rex yesterday about some confusion between his surveyor, the county surveyor, and county engineer regarding the easement for the stream/drainage. I instructed Rex to have them all communicate the requirement with each other.

The newest Plat for REXMUMFORD SUBDIVISION AMENDED LOTS 1 & 2 alters and extends the lot lines of the Rex Mumford Subdivision, creating lot 3 and lot 4 instead of lot 1 and 2. Upon reviewing latest map provided, it appears that the vesting for lot 3 (comprised of part or all of the following parcels: 210860001, 210860002, and 210260081) will require deeds using the new description for said lot to form a common ownership. As of August 13, 2012, above mentioned parcels are all owned differently. Parcel 210260081 is vested in Rex Mumford and Deborah Mumford as Common Tenants. Parcel 210860001 is owned by Rex Mumford and Deborah Mumford as Joint Tenants, and Parcel 210860002 is owned by The Arthur G Mumford & Florence S Mumford Family Trust. Lot 4 will be comprised completely from the remaining piece of 210860002. As shown above, that parcel is owned by The Arthur G Mumford & Florence S. Mumford Family Trust. A new vesting deed with description for Lot 4 should also be recorded with the Dedication Plat. As before, the recorders office supports the recommendation to vacate Rex Mumford Subdivision as it was previously dedicated and recorded 19-May-1999, origianl book 49, page 62. Jack, one small change will happen to this plat. Additional land will be added to the rear lot line. The plat will be emailed next week and I 'll put it into the system when it comes in.

The new Plat for REX MUMFORD SUBDIVISION AMENDED LOTS 1 & 2 alters lot lines of the Rex Mumford Subdivision recorded 19-May-1999, Original book 49, pg 62., creating lot 3 and lot 4 (instead of lot 1 and 2). The "new" plat to amend Rex Mumford Subdivison as shown on Miradi (May 11,2012)differs from the first plat submitted (March 2012)in the shapes and acreages of said lots 3 and 4. The Recorders office still supports the recommendation to vacate Rex Mumford Subdivision. The Recorders office also recommends recording new vesting deeds for lots 3 and 4. As of May 11, 2012, ownersip of record remains the same as in previous reviews and comments.

I spoke with Ted Black about the new hydrant requirement. Since this is an amendment to lot lines and no water service is in this part of the county, he will not be requiring any additional improvements for fire protection.

Questar Gas has facilities on the North side of 500 South, however we request a minimum 10' PUE along 500 South, and preferrably the perimeter of the lot.
