Due to the lot lines crossing the potential accesses, both lot 1 and 2 should have easements shown in places.

A good point was brought up, in looking at the Contours will lot 2R use the existing drive that is there presently? It appears as though it goes onto lot 1R will there need to be an easement there so that lot 2R has the right to use that existing drive. The Developer will need to look at this and if necessary make the adjustments for the access to lot 2R.
