In addition to the comments made by Trevor on 12-17-2014 the title of this subdivision will need to be changed to reflect that this is actually Amendment #4 of Woodland Estates Sub. Unit 2, the lot number will need to be changed to105, and the address of 2610 E will need to be added to the plat prior to printing and recording of the Mylar's.

Administrative Public Meeting: The Weber County Planning Office has received a request for final approval of a plat amendment for the Woodland Estates Subdivision Unit 2. The proposed amendment to the subdivision plat is to reflect the transfer of property between lots 48 and 49 located at 2413 Woodland Drive. You are hereby notified of the public administrative meeting that will be held in the Weber County Planning Division Conference Room (2nd floor, Weber Center [2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden Utah]) on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at 4:00 pm. Meeting date and time is subject to change. Please call to confirm the meeting time and schedule at 801-399-8791.

QGC has facilities along Woodland Dr to serve lot 49

Secondary students are eligible for busing. Secondary stops are on Woodland Dr. Elementary students are not eligible but are being bussed at the present time because of space availability. Elementary stop is at Woodland Dr and Regency.

RMP - if any of RMP's facilities need to be relocated will be the responsibility of those requesting the change in lot lines.
