We have received the updated plat. We do need a record of survey filed for this plat, so we can record it.

The plat was approved based on the redlines being completed on the second review. These redlines have not been completed, and need to be done before the Surveyor's office can sign the plat.

The mylar come in today and was given to Surveying for review. A letter has also been posted addressing the irrigation easement to move to the new location.

The plat has been approved, after the minor redlines shown on the 2nd Review have been completed as well as reviewing of a letter on the 50' canal easement shown on the original plat.

I have uploaded comments from a previous application for this subdivisions. Please review and address the comments made by Mr. Meyerhoffer to start with as I prepare my new review. Be sure the Flood Zone designations are added to the map. And give me some comment about the old Canal easement. Snow storage area is still is needed. More to follow. Blane Frandsen PE
