Phase 7 has two lots and they are adding two lots that is owned by Green Hills Home Owners Association and making them part of the Common area for Green Hills. There will be no development on these two pieces of property so water or waste water letters are not needed.
The plat was changed to not include any existing lots and was called phase 8. This is the final phase of Green Hills Country Estates. No other property is left unplatted.
