The latest submission dated 4/27/2017 has the necessary verbiage and looks good to go. Contacted the developer (Tom Quinn) and he is planning on bringing in the Record of Survey and final mylar in tomorrow (5/2/2017)

In clarification of the amended engineering review: it is noted that Old Snow Basin Road has had a history of Landslides. Shown on the Amended Subdivision Plat for the adjoining Dutson Subdivision are provisions for realigning the roadway due to a recent landslide around the sharp curve at the northeast corner of the Amended Dutson Subdivision being the northwest corner of the Tuft Luck Subdivision. Please provide a Roadway / PUE Easement to extend the 43'wide easement provided by the amended Dutson Subdivision Plat allowing such to transition to a 20' PUE across the tangent portion of the roadway frontage across the roadway frontage of the new Tuft Luck subdivision.
