Land use permit LUP 162-2011 is issued for this today. Still subject to engineering requirements to be completed prior to final occupancy.

Today I spoke with Michela Gladwell and Michelle Cooke from health about the existing septic system. They said that a septic system was never inspected or received final approval. Health does not have record of the system to determine uses allowed.
