Booth Subdivision was approved by the County Commission and recorded on July 30, 2013. The vacation of a portion of Dave Booth Subdivision was also approved as Ordinance 2013-19.

Septic feasibility has not been determined for this lot, Health dept. approval is not required to combine these properties but will be needed for a septic and building permit. The well permit is also issued through our office and will need to be in place and water approved prior to septic permitting.
