Summer Day - 6/26/2024

The Weber-Morgan Health Department Recommends Approval upon the following conditions. This review is being placed in the comments at this time due to technical issue which are not allowing our office to insert it as a formal review.  We will work to resolve this issues and update it as soon as possible. 

Septic/ OWTS approval

An engineered subdivision plat has been submitted for review by this office.  The necessary applications and fees have been paid to our office.   The reviewed subdivision plat was found to comply with all State and Local Onsite Wastewater Rules and regulation.  Please ensure that the soil test pit location and soil description are included on the final Mylar.

Well approval

The  well serving the existing home an newly proposed lot has previously been approved by our office to service the single residence. However for subdivision approval a 48 hour contiguous pump test of the well with a flow rate of 10 gallon per minutes must be supplied to our office. A well with lower flow rate may still be approved with storage. 

Lastly a Shared Well Agreement for the two lot must be created signed and dedicated as part of the subdivision process. Once a copy of that document is submitted to our office, a revised well approval letter may be issued.

Title has been uploaded.  Note that I also added the invoice for title - but accidentally under the 'annexation' category.  I couldn't find a way to edit and move under title.  Not sure if you can manage on your end?  Or, I'm sure the invoice can just be deleted.
