I have uploaded a will serve letter from hooper irrigation to the document set. Please advise.

Also want to be sure we are doing both the boundary line adjustment and the subdivision of the 2 acres side by side if we can. I understand the boundary line approval may need to be executed first, but as long as we are taking the necessary steps to get you what you need on both applications so they can be reviewed and completed hand in hand.

I appreciate your feedback and hope the following information provided can keep the ball rolling. Happy to discuss any of the below notes in further depth as needed.
1. See attached letter from Central Weber Sewer. Let me know if this is sufficient.
2. There is a ditch along the northern lot line, but it runs within our property, my grandmas to the west, and my uncles to the west of her where it’s terminated. Also, hooper irrigation owns the access road on the Northern Border of this property already for their access. I do not believe any of the neighboring properties have additional easements aside from what has been required by the irrigation company via their access road.
3. See existing shed on new plat, this is my grandpas old horse shed that may be taken down in the near future.
4. I met with Hooper irrigation a few months ago on this, and I reached out to them again today with a “will serve” letter request. I will send this as soon as I have it.
5. Just want to be sure there is mutual understanding of the said “development", but it’s currently my grandmas property that’s been in the family for over 100 years and we just plan to build one home on it. Im not sure what the rest of the neighbors have agreed to regarding the curb, gutter, and sidewalk, but if there comes a time where all of those additions are required of the entire street (900 S), we want to make sure we fall in line with the rest of the community at that time.
6. See adjustment made on the road width via the plat attached.
