We attempted to drop off the entire packet on August 25, 2021 due to the complexity of this situation. This attempt was following the direction of the Planning department and being informed to personally deliver the documents.
Once our assistant arrived there she was informed that the documents would not be accepted and would have to be submitted online.
When we got the notice on the 31st it appears that some documents have not been uploaded due to technical issues and are now being uploaded. Please see PDF uploaded today titled: Weber County Board of Adjustments.
The application states there are several decisions being appealed. In order to determine who the appeal authority is, the applicant will need to specify which decisions are being appealed as well as the date of the decisions. Until this information is specified, the application is considered incomplete. Please contact 801-399-8371 to speak to a Planner once the information is specified.
Invoice created, once confirmation of payment is received the application can be accepted for review.
