The applicant has submitted an updated plat with minor modifications to satisfy engineering comments. This document has been uploaded to the Documents Tab. The applicant has also submitted (see Documents Tab) written responses to engineering comments as well as a cost estimate for the alternative access improvements.
This project was reviewed and conditionally approved by the Planning Director during an Administrative Review Meeting held on 10/20/2021. Please see attached for the formal Notice of Decision and Signed Staff Report.
A Planning staff report has been added to the Documents Tab. This project is scheduled for a public Administrative Review Meeting on 10/20/2021 at 4:00 PM, to be held at the Weber Center Building, Planning Division Offices (2380 Washington Blvd., Suite 240, Ogden, UT 84401).
Survey department will begin review once layout is approved and final proposed plat is submitted.
