See attachment  letter from Wolf Creek Irrigation regarding irrigation water diversion (non-year round stream)

It appears I can not make changes to the original application.  Correction- Secondary water, culinary water and sewer is provided through Wolf Creek water and sewer improvement district.  Not Eden irrigation.

Eden Irrigation Company does not provide secondary water in this area. Please make necessary correction on the application.

Scott Bracken - 7/9/2021

Revised plat attached- Changes made,  moved home 10' to the North and off the the South boundary to increase distance from neighboring home.  Home was moved to the extreme East to the buildable boundary increasing the distance from the creek to 60'.  Also oriented the home to a more parallel position to SR 158 but still allowing room the common driveway and turning space.  Although the driveway is partially into front setback, still allows approximately 12' of natural foliage.

This variance request is scheduled for July 8th, 2021 for the Board of Adjustment.

6/29/21 New site plan uploaded.  Disregard any previous site plan showing driveway to SR 158.  Warranty deed, Hidden Oaks CCR's regarding shared driveway.  Culvert and a portion of the driveway already in place.  Culvert photos provided sent to Felix.

Shouldn't this been presented to Board of Adjustments in June?   Additional narrative comments and site plans added to documents showing the reason for variance request.
