Durfee Creek No 2 2nd Amendment was recorded in the Weber County Recorder's office on November 8, 2021. The new parcel number is 17-439-0001.
All letters needed from the utility companies in order for the 10' PUE to be vacated.
An updated plat has been uploaded to the Documents tab (8/10/2021).
The plat that was uploaded on 6/4/2021 may want to be scanned and uploaded again. Harder to read with the darker color to it.

An administrative approval meeting of the Weber County Planning Division is to be held in the Public Works Conference Room on March 24, 2021, at 4:00 PM.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Weber County Commission will hold a public hearing on March 23, 2021, at 10:00 AM in the Commission Chambers, 1st floor, Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd. Ogden, Utah, to consider a request to vacate 10-foot public utility easements located on both sides of the lot line between lots 63 and 64 of Durfee Creek Estates Number 2C. Copies of the proposal may be reviewed prior to the hearing in the Weber County Planning Division Office, Suite 240, in the Weber Center.
Application was marked incomplete because there was no title report, or feasibility letters included for water and waste water.
