The applicant has satisfied all conditions of design review approval. As such a land use permit has been issued (see documents tab). Staff have also recorded the required second kitchen covenant (see documents tab).

Septic approval documentation has been uploaded to the Documents Tab. This satisfied the remaining conditions of Design Review approval. A land use permit will be uploaded shortly.

The applicant has submitted an outdoor lighting plan for review. This plan has been uploaded to the Documents tab with the file name: "Kirkman Building Exterior Lighting Plan 4267 N 3150 E.pdf". This is one of the conditions of approval for the design review approval that was granted 02/02/2021.

An updated set of building plans has been uploaded to the Documents tab to satisfy one of the conditions of approval to depict the loft space and to have it labeled uninhabitable as a sleeping area.

The Ogden Valley Planning Commission heard and approved the proposed structure for Design Review. A formal Notice of Decision has been uploaded to the Documents tab. Conditons of approval will need to be satisfied prior to the issuance of a Land Use Permit.
