PAYMENT FOR THE MONUMENT IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT IS STILL NEEDING TO BE PAID IN THE SURVEYOR'S OFFICE FOR THIS PROJECT. TWO CENTERLINE MONUMENTS ARE NEEDED.
On the final plat for signatures, I don't see a section for (Uintah Highlands Approval) to sign off on Culinary Water and Sanitary Sewer. In the past Uintah Highlands has signed off on the final plat and we have received a set of "As-Builts" for the subdivision if the District is taking over responsibility for the water and sewer mains once the subdivision is accepted.
