This project is tentatively scheduled for the August 12th Administrative Review Meeting. A staff report will be uploaded prior to the meeting.

As an FYI, this project was previously reviewed and approved back in January of 2018. Per the applicant's application cover letter, nothing has changed on this request since it was originally approved. However the applicant has been required to resubmit this application due to the original approval expiring prior to development occurring on the subject property. The originally submitted 2017 materials have been uploaded to the Documents section for reference.
