A public sewer district will provide wastewater disposal for the proposed structure. A letter of the sewer district should be requested as part of the building permit application. As not all of the improvements required for this subdivision are complete permits cannot be issued yet. The following comments are areas to be addressed prior to permits. Sec. 108-7-17.
