Heatherglen Subdivision Phase 2 was recorded on Tuesday, January 22, 2012.
N/A - 12/12/2012
I spoke to Dallas on the phone today. He will be getting me a preliminary plan with elevation and occupation in the county right of way in the next couple days.
N/A - 12/10/2012
I spoke to Art last week. He is going to get me some elevations on the property and I told him I'd go back out to the site to refresh my memory. Chad and I went out to the site on Friday and spoke with the county engineer, he will not be requiring any of the ditches or swales to be piped but we all have concern with the improvements which appear to be in the right of way on 4000 North Street. I left a message with Art on Friday to ask for these items to be included on the new plan.
Sean Wilkinson - 12/3/2012
I spoke with Art Pluim on Friday, November 30th about finalizing this subdivision. He said that he would speak with Rochelle regarding the Engineering comments and the escrow for the two fire hydrants.
Jack Haight - 11/1/2012
This office has completed its 2nd review of this subdivision. The redlined PDF file was mailed to Dallas w/Landmark Surveying.
N/A - 8/31/2012
Septic feasibilty has been issued for these lots, nothing further required from the Health Dept.
Jack Haight - 8/31/2012
This office has completed its 1st review of this subdivision. A copy of the redlined plat was emailed directly to Dallas w/Landmark Surveying.
N/A - 7/26/2012
I spoke to Linda Plume this afternoon, she indicated the ditch along 4000 N is an irrigation ditch which has been piped and all storm water from the road goes into the swale. She will be contacting Landmark to get a preliminary plan for me to review.
Sean Wilkinson - 6/6/2012
Notices to adjacent property owners were sent on 6/5/12.
Karla Little - 5/15/2012
The Plat to be reviewed doesn't include "Arthur Pluim" in it's name, title, or owner's dedication. Other than that inconsistancy, the name is ok. The ownership for 190100045 (the parcel covered by map) is vested in: Prisbrey Investment Co. E#2451095. The Taxing Unit is: 19.
Scott Slater - 5/14/2012
Questar Gas has no facilities to serve proposed subdivision
Karl Sewell - 5/14/2012
RMP has facilities in the area - no issues. PUE's required.
Sue Morgan - 5/11/2012
All students are eligible for busing. Current stops are at 3175 W 4000 N.
