It appears that a David Seeger obtained a onsite wastewater treatment system permit/ septic permit for the lot in 1982 which was finalized that year,permit number W82064. The address given for the property at that time was 2165 E 5950 N but appear to be associated with this lot.

I spoke with Beverly Seeger this morning regarding the Fire District requirement for two fire hydrants. She is going to speak with Ted Black about existing fire hydrants and try to figure out a different solution. I will wait to hear back from her. Beverly said she will let me know what the outcome of the discussion is and whether or not she plans to continue with the subdivision.

This office has completed a final review of this subdivision. There is 3 items to be verified and corrected if necessary. Once the corrections are made, if necessary, this office releases for the printing of the Mylar's pending any concerns that may need to be addressed by the other departments. Emailed to CLS through Miradi.

All students are eligible for bussing. Current stop for Valley Elementary and Snowcrest Jr. is at 2250 E 5850 N Weber High students catch the bus at 5750 N North Fork Rd.

QGC has facilities along 5950 North in front of this lot. Responsibility falls upon property owner to request service, if service requires a length of 250 feet or greater a QGC non-exclusive Right-of-Way will be required from the property owner.
