DE - This will be served in accordance with Dominion Energy's policies and tariffs. Which may require a Dominion Energy Right-of-way. A 10' - 15' PUE adjacent to the Northerly property line would benefit the customer with providing utilities to the home.

Consideration of the application and action, on this request will take place during an open and public administrative meeting that will be held in the Weber County Planning Division Conference Room (2nd floor, Weber Center [2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden Utah]) on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at 4:00 pm.
