This subdivision was recorded on February 25, 2013 and is now complete.

This office has completed its 2nd and final review of this Amended subd. plat. All of our redlines have been addressed and corrected and has been okayed for the printing of the Mylar's pending any concerns from any other department involved in the review process. The verification to go ahead with the printing of the Mylar's pending approval by the other dept's has been emailed to Greg. A note to correct my last comment. The 1st review for this Amended plat was completed, submitted and emailed on the 29th of Nov. Greg made his correction and returned a revised plat back to me by email the same day. The review and comment of 12/10/12 was in connection to a different review not associated with this job.

In talking with Sean and where there are existing homes on these two lots items 13&14 will not need to be addressed in the Engineering Review.

All students are eligible for bussing. Current stops are at Wolf Mtn. Ski Resort and along Hwy 162. Buses do not travel up into the residential area.

Lot 51 (#22-033-0015)has not been evaluated for septic feasibility. The required soil, percolation and water table testing must be done if and when the property is developed. Lot size is sufficient for septic requirements with a culinary water system.

According to our records there is an establishing 10' PUE along the original lot line between 51 & 52. Due to Questars existing facilities we request the PUE continue along the north lot line of 52 (228.92')
