All food trucks must either have an inspection performed by Weber Fire District prior to opening, or they must have a copy of a valid fire inspection conducted by another fire agency documented on the State Fire Marshal office inspection form for food trucks.

The following is a response from the applicant, Kevin Hill, to Michelle Cooke's comment on June 28, 2017: It is our intent that the food trucks are the only vendors serving food at the events. We anticipate rotating food trucks to provide different products (variety) for different events. All food trucks will be required to have valid health permits issued by the County. Products at the events will include local arts and crafts with some element of fresh and locally grown produce for sale.

Are food trucks the only food vendors at the event? Will the same two food trucks be present on all dates of the Farmer Market? Will people be sampling food or produce.
