We received notice of a stream alteration permit application for this project by Lewis Homes. According to Eric Householder, the purpose of this project is to access the development parcel to the west of the water course and the Retreat. Since Eric indicated that this will likely be dedicated in the future as a public roadway, I told him we need to monitor the construction of the fill and such.

I still haven't seen any plan drawings that address the proposed pond and culvert. We also have not received notification from DWRi regarding approval/rejection of the stream alteration permit application.

I haven't seen any information back on this project since our review one month ago. Please inform our office on this status of this project.

I sent a response to DWR requesting additional time to properly respond to their request, as I am awaiting information from the applicant.

I met with Eric Householder yesterday to discuss the project. I requested hydraulic calculations, plan drawings, and, if applicable due to the proposed detention pond, a copy of the small dam permit application. I have to respond to Water Rights by June 10 (see stream alteration permit application notification under files).
