I received an e-mail from Chris Hansen on October 31, 2013 withdrawing the applications for Valley Lake Estates No. 3 Lot 34 Amended, and the vacation of Valley Lake Estates No.3 Lot 34. These applications are now considered void as well as Land Use Permit # 12-2013 (issued on February 7, 2013).

All redlines and concerns of this department have been addressed and corrected. Pending any requirements or concerns from the other review agencies it is clear for the printing of the Mylar's.

This offices has completed its 1st review of the final plat (2nd review). The redlined PDF has been attached. The 2 parcels are under different names and QCD's will be necessary. Lot 34 of Valley Lake Estates No 3 by deed is owned by David P. Hansen and wf Chris M.. The adjoining parcel to be included into this 1st Amendment plat (20-036-0028) is owned by Daniel J. Hansen & Chris M. Hansen (as joint tenants).

Jack, it looks like you reviewed the preliminary plan not the plat that was submitted with the application. The plat is posted on Miradi under the "Application and Site Plan" tag. The preliminary plan you review was submitted for Engineering to review. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
