At the 5-21-2013 County Commission meeting approval was granted for the vacation of 6300 East.

On 4-9-2013 a public hearing was held with the County Commission regarding this request. The adjacent land owner expressed some concerns, and after a long discussion this item was tabled. A new hearing is being requested for 5-21-2013 and the attached packet for that meeting is available.

A map and legal description of the portion of 6300 East to be vacated has been added for review. A public hearing for the vacation will be scheduled as soon as review comments from Engineering and Surveying have been made and addressed if needed.
