Sterling Roberts from AFC signed the Conditional Use Permit on April 25, 2013. A PDF of the permit has been uploaded to the "Files" tab.

Conditional Use Permit 2012-14 (9-2012 in the index) was issued on December 14, 2012 subject to completing the seven requirements listed in the permit. These include the Planning Commission's requirements from the December 11, 2012 meeting. Inspections will be made in Spring 2013 to make sure that the requirements have been met. Once the permit is signed, it will be uploaded to the "Files" tab.

The Western Weber Planning Commission approved this CUP on December 11, 2012. The Notice of Decision located in the "Files" tab lists all of the conditions of approval. Inspections will be made in Spring 2013 to verify that the conditions have been complied with.
