If the property is connected to sanitary sewer then health department approval is not required. This should be noted on the plan. If a septic system is required, contact Michela at 801-399-7178 for details.

May 20, Received a phone call about the progress on the hillside review, I have not received a review from the Health Department, and building inspection division. I talked to Mr. Craig Browne Building Offical this morning about his comments.

I e-mailed Nate Reeve and Andrew Harris asking for some additional information that wasn't submitted in the revised site plan and geotech addendum.

Tracy Harper came in this morning to talk about a couple of items in my review. He was going to go to talk to Nate Reeve after he left here. Nate called me with Tracy in his office about 2:40PM today 4/29/2013. We discussed the items on the site plan. My elevations were wrong behind the house, so there was no cut, but the 3' of fill Nate stated was only in the building pad. That isn't what was reflected in the geotech report. We talked about the slopes being wrong in the geotech report, and that Nate would talk to Earthtec about it. We were guessing that the slope might be fine if it was analysed with xstable and the 1V:2.3H slope. He was also going to have Earthtec address the retaining was. Nate was also going to fix the mislabeled elevations in the lower right corner, 4674 thru 4678 which should have been 4664 thru 4668.
