This office has completed its final review of this subdivision. There is 1 minor item to address and correct before the printing of the Mylar's. Pending any concerns from the other review agencies, this office releases for the printing of the Mylar's.

As the proposed subdivision is on 5100 West it is identified to be reviewed by UDOT. Approval from the Planning Division will be postponed until the requirements from UDOT have been submitted.

Since the septic systems are existing on the two proposed lots, the only requirements of the Health Department are that 1. The lots be sized and shaped to accommodate those septic systems entirely on the lots. Our office only has record for one of the houses, (see attached), the location of the other may have to be determined by a septic service provider. The plot plan should show the drainfield locations with a minimum 5 foot setback to the property line. 2. The lots must also be sufficient in size to accommodate a 100% drainfield replacement area.
