This is an amendment to an existing subdivision. The application is for a lot line adjustment that will move the internal lot line between lot 2 & 3 of Bailey Acres Phase 1 approx. 15.47’ toward the rear of the lots. This adjustment will add approximately 2,957 sq ft to lot 3 and reduce the overall size of lot 2 by approximately the same amount.
