After some discussion with the recorders in order to avoid recording delays, deeds will need to be brought in with the plat for recording to clear up title. The plat will modify the property definition, but will not transfer title to match the new configuration, the deeds are needed to adjust the title to match the plat. Any instrument which clarifies that the owner of lot 1 grants any interest they have in land within lot 2 to the owner of lot 2 and vise versa should suffice.

RMP - if RMP's facilities need to be relocated because of boundary changes, this will be at the expense of the applicant.
