A note to the file: a New Transportation Master Plan is in the progress of preparation and adoption which proposes to increase the right of way along 1800 South to 80 feet. The current official Transportation Plan currently requires just a 66 foot right of way. When construction plans are prepared for the development of this parcelIit is probable that the new master plan will be in place requiring additional dedication of 7 feet. Blane Frandsen PE A verbal notification has been made to the representative of the applicant.
