Sent notice to Mr. & Mrs. Robinson about the use of construction debris. The a violation on this property is the use of  asphalt and construction debris  to elevate the ground and fill some of the area that ground water accumulates during wet seasons. This could have an effect to the neighboring homes. I have spoken with Ms. Robinson when this first started hapeing and informed her that it is a violation and will need to be removed; It has not been removed. As there is now an application on subdividing the ten acres which is effected by the placement of debris I am requesting that the construction debris be removed prior to the completion of the subdivision. I will be sending a formal notice to each of the parties, Mr. & Mrs. Robinson and Mr. &  Mrs. Kap.

Thursday May 7, 2015 Called and talked to Hollis Jencks and asked if he would forward an e-mail releasing the Kapp property from the violation. He said he would and e-mailed me saying that if they do not fill in the wetlands area they could go ahead with their project.

Wednesday April 1, 2015, Met with the Army Core of Engineers Hollis Jencks, Dana Shuler senior Engineer, Weber County Engineering Division, Mr. Robinson and Mr. Kap property owner and property owner to be. Mr.Jencks said he would go back to the Core and discuss it with the relevant parties and generate a report he would forward it to our Engineering Division and based on their analyses would decide if it is ok to fill where they have and with the materials that have been used. This report would take about 20 days and but the project would continue on schedule for the subdivision.

Monday March 30, 2015. Mrs. Robinson called at 8:46 am acknowledged that she received my notice. Army Core of Engineers will be out on site on Wednesday to do a site inspection to determine if the oxbow can be filled in.
