There is a violation on this property, asphalt, concrete and construction debris has been placed and is being placed on this property to elevate the ground and fill some of the area that ground water accumulates during wet seasons. This could have an adverse effect to the neighboring homes. I have spoken with Ms. Robinson and informed her that it is a violation and will need to be removed. As this application on subdividing ten acres is the effected property by the placement of the construction debris. I am requesting that the construction debris be removed prior to the completion of the subdivision. I will be sending a formal notice to each of the parties, Ms. Robinson and Ms. Kap informing them that they are to remove the debris.

Only jr. high and elementary students are eligible for bussing. Current stops are along 4400 W between 1000 N and 700 N.
