Below is an e-mail regarding the zoning violation. With this e-mail the subdivision has been release to be recorded. Iris- If the applicant is not impacting any wetlands then they can proceed forward with their project. QGC has facilities along 4400 W to serve lot 4, service will be per our tariff.

Friday March 20 2015,Iris Hennon Code Enforcement Officer. There is a violation on this property, asphalt, concrete and construction debris has been placed and is being placed on this property to elevate the ground and fill some of the area that ground water accumulates during wet seasons. This could have an adverse effect to the neighboring homes. I have spoken with Ms. Robinson and informed her that it is a violation and will need to be removed. As this application on subdividing ten acres is the effected property by the placement of the construction debris. I am requesting that the construction debris be removed prior to the completion of the subdivision. I will be sending a formal notice to each of the parties, Ms. Robinson and Ms. Kap informing them that they are to remove the debris.
