To Owners of Property within 500 feet of Property Located at Approximately 4087 West 2200 South Ogden, UT The Weber County Planning Office has received a variance request from the current standard used to determine the 35 feet maximum building height as measured from the average natural grade to the previous standard used to determine the 35 feet maximum building height as measured from the average finished grade. Consideration of the application and action, on this request will take place during an, open and public, Board of Adjustment meeting which will be held in the Weber County Commission Chambers (1st floor, Weber Center [2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden Utah]) on Thursday, July 16, 2015 at 4:30 pm.
