May 22 2013, Had a conversation with Mr. Potter concerning the cleanup of his property,. I Informed Mr. Potter that the cell tower company were anxious to do some updates, however until his property was clear this was not possible. During the course of our conversation I kept telling him that the cell tower company needed to do some work on the tower and until he finished cleaning up his property they could not. I also said that it might interfere with the contract that he and the company had, so the sooner it was cleared the better for everyone. Mr. Potter in informed me he was doing his best.

I spoke to Rock at Sprint and informed him of the violation on the property and they need to be cleared before permits can be issued. After I spoke to the Sprint representative the Code Enforcement Officer reported on site inspection on the property that was done on May 8 2013. The Code Enforcement Officer reported that there was more junk then there was when the property was given the violation notice. I tried to call the property owner Mr. Potter at 4:12 P.M. to inform him of the situation and that Sprint could not move forward with their updates to the cell tower until the violations are cleared. I left a voice message for Mr. Potter.

The Code Enforcement Officer stated that there are zoning violations that need to be cleared before approval can be granted.
