The County Commission issued a letter dated February 5, 2014 clarifying the number of dogs allowed in the kennel. Based on the State Property Rights Ombudsman's opinion, the number of dogs allowed is a maximum of 10. The letter is located in the "Files" tab under the section "appeal to the county commission - clarification on the number of dogs allowed."

The Weber County Commission on 12-9-2014 heard the appeal of the dog kennel and upheld the Ogden Valley Township Planning Commission decision to approve the Dog Kennel with 20 dogs
