The Planning Division is exploring future alternatives with the public of the Western Weber unincorporated area. This project page is intended to be the repository for the documents and information created and collected from this series of meetings.
The purpose of this project is to explore the public's current knowledge of development rights, development potential, population trends, and other related community growth concerns. We want to offer education regarding the reality of development potential and learn the public's desire for implementing growth principles that could help preserve the communty's current character as much as might be possible. The deliveries expected from this project are a future land use map and a series of values statements. These deliverables will prove useful if or when the County decides to create a new Western Weber General Plan.
