In review of the mylar that was submitted it appears that the proposed driveway still crosses over an area as stated on the Plat as a Private R.O.W. The County Engineer would like to ensure that the property owner has the rights to cross through this area. Could the applicant please provide some documentation that shows this right. This was item #1 that I had in my review March 19, 2014.
