The Surveyor's Office just became aware of phase 2B today thanks to the applicant who reached out to us.  As such, we will expedite our review of this development to do our part to avoid unnecessary delays for the applicant, which may cause some delays for other developments.  We hope to have our review completed in the first half of next week.  We respectfully request that in the future all development phases be filed as separate projects so that our office will be adequately notified of the new development review.
