Summer Day - 10/16/2019
This property should be serviced by a sewer district, it has not been evaluated for an individual onsite wastewater system. As such our office was not required to sign off on the Final Mylar for this subdivision. Please ensure that during the SFD building permit process a will serve letter is reviewed from the sewer district.

Weber County Land Use Code Section 108-14-4 requires that additional documentation be submitted to complete this application's submittal package: 1. Grading plan with cut/fill calculations. This plan should also indicate existing grade, finished grade, and driveway slope percentages. 2. Utah pollution discharge elimination system (UPDES) permit with stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) 3. Landscaping plan per section 108-14-10 Please submit these documents at your earliest convenience to allow for continued review of the application.
