New building elevations were submitted on July 10, 2018.

This item will be discussed by the Ogden Valley Planning Commission in their June 27th work session. Please note that this meeting deviates from their regular schedule. A staff memo for their review has been uploaded under the 'files' tab.

Revised elevation drawings were submitted today.

On 6/18/18, additional application information was submitted for consideration. It included building elevations drawings, a lighting plan, and a signage plan. Staff have offered comment on each to assist the applicant in creating a submittal that may be viewed favorable by the Planning Commission. A staff review has been conducted for this application. Staff cannot find that it complies with the General Plan. Staff have advised the rezone's concept site plan be revised to better reflect the village centers contemplated by the general plan prior to receiving a recommendation for approval.
