Jared Taylor Subdivision was recorded on February 12, 2013. The documents recorded with the subdivision plat are available in the "Files" tab. This was a "small" subdivision and the financial guarantee was under $10,000 so final approval from the County Commission was not required.

Cliff Bell brought in new drawings today and emailed me an estimate for the construction and grading of the swale. I have prepared the escrow numbers and given it to Sean to prepare the subdivision improvement agreement.

Jared Taylor came in today to find out what needs to be done to get his plat recorded. I went through my review with him item by item and explained everything. I told him I went through all these item with Cliff a few weeks ago and haven't heard anything since. He is going to talk to Cliff. He told me he is living in the home without an occupancy permit of any kind.

I received the signed mylar copy of the subdivision plat, but, after speaking to Rochelle Pfeaster, there are still engineering requirements that need to be addressed before the subdivision can receive final approval and be recorded.

A letter of feasibility was issued for a single lot subdivision, parcel# 10-043-0057 on January 11, 2012; and an onsite wastewater permit was issued to Jared Taylor for this lot on May 1, 2012.
