Today I spoke with the surveyor who created this plat and planning and recording personnel assigned to this subdivision, our discussion covered the following: The plat shows record v. measured dimensions around the subdivision boundary, to resolve conflicts in title. Currently the plat shows incorrect record dimensions for the subdivision boundary, which need to be corrected before recording. Trevor plans to make the needed corrections on the mylar in the planning office. As I understand, having discussed with Planning and Recording, once this change is made and the plat is signed by any remaining signatories, that the plat should be ready for recording. (the deeds that were submitted to adjust title to match the subdivision lot configuration will need to be brought in for recording at the same time as the plat)

A request to wave the requirement for a deferral agreement regarding this subdivision has been received. In as much as this is a simple lot line adjustment the County Engineer is approving the the filing of this map amendment without a deferral agreement. An initial review of the title report does not reflect an existing deferral agreement but it is believed that a deferral agreement regarding the future construction of curb gutter and sidewalks was approved for the entire subdivision when such was originally approved and is already in effect for these amended parcels. Plat needs to be amended to reflect proper signature blocks. Land Use Code 106-8-1 shows the requirements for each signature block that should be included on the plat.

Dominion Energy (formerly Questar Gas) - lot 14 & 15 are being served, no issue with lot line adjustment.
