The title reports must be inclusive of all parcels within Evergreen Park Subdivision No 1 4th Amendment. An updated title report for lot 293, and a title report for lot 294 must be submitted prior to administrative approval.

I have called the attorney who has been assigned to this project. He has been notified of the title commitment issue. When I receive them, will upload the updated title report for lot 293 and the title report for 294.
