Spoke with Robert Marsh 7/19/13 in regards to my previous comments requesting PUE to Lot 2. He stated there is no Lot 2, only a single remaining agricultural parcel. QGC will serve Lot 1 in accordance with QGC policies, disregard previous comment. NOTE: If ever a request is made to serve remaining parcel with QGC facilities it may be required to establish a PUE or right-of-way at that time.
