A  new tax id will be issued at the time of recording. At this time the subdivision plat has not been recorded.

We are wondering if we have a tax ID for the lot yet or how that works? 

Bradley Miller came in person to the Planning Department front desk and paid the FIRE HYDRANT ESCROW INVOICE for $9,500.00 with a cashier's check.

Payment was taken by Kristalyn DeVries and entered into MUNIS for receipting.

1. The Weber Basin Water District document states that this parcel has allotted 13.2 acre-feet. How will the land be irrigated?
2. A Septic Feasibility Letter from the Health Department is required.

Pre-application review comments from Weber-Morgan Health and County Engineering still have not yet been addressed. Once these are addressed, the application will be accepted in for review.

We are getting the perc test done tomorrow then should get our letter

Planning is still waiting on a letter of feasibility for septic from Weber-Morgan Health Department.

For the irrigation water shares I spoke with Weber basin water and they're not sure what you need. She send the original paperwork for that parcel showing they stay with that parcel and then we had already posted the title and deed. I'm not sure how else more we can prove. Please let me know. Thank you

Please provide a letter of feasibility from Weber-Morgan Health Department. What was submitted is a letter outlining a water-table monitoring report. Also, please provide proof of ownership from the irrigation company that sufficient secondary water shares are in-hand with the property owner. The submitted warranty deed is not sufficient.
