For the irrigation water shares I spoke with Weber basin water and they're not sure what you need. She send the original paperwork for that parcel showing they stay with that parcel and then we had already posted the title and deed. I'm not sure how else more we can prove. Please let me know. Thank you

Please provide a letter of feasibility from Weber-Morgan Health Department. What was submitted is a letter outlining a water-table monitoring report. Also, please provide proof of ownership from the irrigation company that sufficient secondary water shares are in-hand with the property owner. The submitted warranty deed is not sufficient.
