I added the floor plan of the proposed building we have under contract to buy.  As previously expressed, we aren't making any structural changes to the location.  We would simply be putting up some retail portable shelving inside the building to sell the product off of.  As far as lighting, parking, etc. that would remain the same as is currently constructed.  The building is currently the business "Simply Eden".

  • Parking Plan - # of spaces, location of designated parking.
  • Vicinity Map - showing general property location.
