A staff memo has been uploaded in anticipation of this rezone being on the planning commission's April 22 meeting agenda. The memo can be found under the 'documents' tab for this project. It will be under the planning commission staff reports header.
I have the same question as Lori Fielding. How can they apply for a zoning amendment on parcels they do not own?

Notice is hereby given that the Western Weber Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on March 11, 2025. The meeting will begin at 5:00 PM and will be held in the County Commission Chambers, 1st Floor of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah. The hearing is regarding a zoning map amendment application and associated development agreement for the Westbridge Meadows development, a master planned community that will rezone approximately 1400 acres of property located within the area south of the Union Pacific Railroad between the Weber River and 7500 West. The zone(s) being proposed include a Master Planned Development Overlay Zone (MPDOZ), and a variety of Single-Family Dwelling (R1), Two-Family Dwelling (R2), and Multi-Family Dwelling (R3) zones, as well as the Form-Based Zone (FB (mixed uses)) and the open space zone (O-1).
How come the Utility letter refers to the Salt Creek master plan when the proposed plan development is listed as Westbrook Meadows?
I looked up each parcel and am curious why Weber County Planning would even consider a zoning amendment when the applicant does not own the majority of these parcels.
Is the Weber County planning division in the habit of changing or proposing a change to parcels that an applicant does not own?
There are 18 parcels listed and of those 18 parcels the applicant only owns 5 of them, 2 parcels have the same parcel number and that parcel number has been discontinued.
Weber Stream has paid it's portion of $5,584.14 today 1-17-24. Flagship should make their payment in the next day or two.
